New to Stand2Serve? Welcome. Stand2Serve is a community of people who are dedicated to serving our first responders, medical professionals, military and veterans in our neighborhoods with community events that honor and remember their sacrifice and service to our nation. We also work with other local organizations who support our community in meaningful service projects. We bring together people of all backgrounds and experiences who have a heart and passion to serve others with their gifts, talents and resources. We have people from all walks of life who are looking for ways they can serve their community with their talents. If you have a heart to serve others with acts of kindness and compassion—join us.

Our Mission
At Stand2Serve, we believe local events and service projects in the greater Cincinnati-Dayton area can foster understanding and build community when they are based on common ideals and values we share as Americans. Liberty, serving others for the greater good, and justice for all are the ideals of America. When we come together at community events and promote healthy conversations, we build a foundation on which people can collaborate and share their unique talents and resources in uplifting, unifying ways. This builds a bridge of relationships and trust where people with different perspectives, resources and backgrounds can come together for our local community.
Let’s find our common ground and start building from there.
All of us agree that the sacrifice, service and courage demonstrated by the first responders, military and others on the terror attacks of 9/11 must be recognized and remembered. Americans of every background were attacked and pierced with sorrow and grief from the cruelty and violence of 9/11.
But, from the ashes of that tragedy came a spirit of unity. The desire to come together as Americans, with acts of love, sacrifice and service, healed and restored what was taken by violence. Out of love and fellowship came hope.
